摘 要:采用Ti-Zr-Ni-Cu钎料完成了不同工艺参数下TA15钛合金的真空钎焊,分析了不同钎焊工艺参数对钎焊接头显微组织和力学性能的影响,以及钎焊接头界面组织的演变规律。研究结果表明:随着钎焊温度的升高和保温时间的延长,界面处缺陷减少,并逐渐消失,实现了连接界面的良好填充,界面上存在大量层片状α相,按一定角度生长,分布均匀,当温度超过930℃后界面α相粗化。随着钎焊温度的升高和保温时间的延长,钎焊接头抗剪强度呈先提高后降低的趋势,当钎焊温度为930℃和保温时间为60 min时,钎焊接头的抗剪强度达到最大值。The vacuum brazing of TA15 titanium alloy was carried out under different process parameters by Ti-ZrNi-Cu filler material.The effects of different brazing parameters on the microstructures and mechanical properties of brazed joint were analyzed,and the structure evolution process of the brazed joint was observed as well.The investigation results showed:as brazing temperature and holding time increased,the defects at the brazing joint would decrease and gradually disappear.There were a large number of lamellarαphase in the joint,growing to a certain angle,with uniform distribution.When temperature exceeded 930℃,αphase was roughened.The shear strength of the brazed joint would increase first,then decrease as brazing temperature and holding time increased.The shear strength of the brazed joint reached a maximum value,when the brazing temperature was 930℃and the holding time was 60 min.
