摘  要:选用6种蚕丝含量不同规格相近的织物,对其热湿舒适性、接触舒适性进行测试,并利用IBM SPSS Statistics对测试结果进行主成分分析。结果发现:随蚕丝含量的增加,蚕丝/棉混纺织物的热湿舒适性、接触舒适性均发生一定的变化。在所选蚕丝含量变化的范围内,织物的热湿舒适性受到的影响较大,最终得到蚕丝含量为20%,经纬纱均用C/S(80/20)混纺纱的混纺织物,热湿舒适性、接触舒适性最佳的结论。Six kinds of fabrics with different silk content and similar specifications were selected to test their heat-moisture comfort and contact comfort, and IBM SPSS Statistics was used to conduct principal component analysis on the test results. The results showed that with the increase of silk content, the heat-moisture comfort and contact comfort of silk/cotton blended fabrics changed. In the range of the change of silk content, the heat-moisture comfort of the fabric was greatly affected, and finally the heat-moisture comfort and the contact comfort of the blended fabric were the best when the silk content was 20% and the warp and weft yarns were adopted C/S(80/20) blended yarns.
