连续纺粘胶长丝含油率和含浆率的测试方法

摘　　要：针对乙醚萃取法检测连续纺粘胶长丝含油率波动大的缺点,设计了一种以丙酮和水为萃取剂,通过索氏萃取的方法,分别求出粘胶纤维的含油率和含浆率。结果表明:该方法结果可靠稳定,含油率测定偏差为2.04%,含浆率测定偏差为5.02%,可以作为连续纺粘胶长丝日常生产的检测方法。In view of the shortcomings of the ether extraction method in the detection of the oil content of continuous-spun viscose filament,a method to determine the oil content and pulp content of viscose fiber by Soxhlet extraction with acetone and water as extractants was designed.The results showed that the method was reliable and stable,the deviation of oil content was 2.04%,and the deviation of pulp content was 5.02%.It can be used as a test method in the daily production of continuous-spun viscose filament.
