摘 要:段铣技术作为老井侧钻作业打开裸眼通道的一项新技术近年来受到广泛重视。在井下段铣施工中,必须对井下施工情况正确判断,通过采用合适的工艺参数和相应措施,达到高效高速段铣的目的,同时保证了井下安全。荣72-28-50井分别采用切割取套和高效段铣技术段铣了技术套管,从而满足了该井后期在表层套管鞋下进行裸眼侧钻的施工要求。该井的段铣成功进一步扩展了高效段铣技术的应用领域。The section milling technology,as a new technology to open the open-hole channel in the sidetrack operation of old wells,has received widespread attention in recent years.In the downhole section milling construction,the downhole construction situation must be correctly judged.Through the use of appropriate process parameters and corresponding measures,the purpose of efficient and high-speed section milling can be achieved,while the safety of the downhole can be ensured.The technical casing of Rong 72-28-50 was milled by cutting casing and high-efficiency section milling technology,meeting the construction requirements of open-hole sidetrack operation in the later stage.The successful application of the section milling technology in the well can expand the application field of efficient section milling technology.
