摘　　要：针对小井眼侧钻水平井悬挂筛管完井出水严重这一生产问题,开展了锦303CH小井眼侧钻水平井上部复杂地层固井完井实践,成功地解决了顶水下沉出水的这一难题,为老油藏小井眼井高效复活增产提供了可靠的技术支撑。In view of the production problem of serious water outflow from suspended screen completion of slim hole sidetracking horizontal well,the cementing and completion practice in the upper complex formation of slim hole sidetracking horizontal well Jin303 CH was carried out,which successfully solved the problem of water outflow from top water sinking,and provided reliable technical support for high efficiency resurrection and production increase of small hole wells in old reservoirs.
