摘　　要：十二指肠损伤占腹部创伤的3%~5%,但却有着较高的致死率,最高可达47%左右。常规的手术修复往往效果较差,并发症也多。本文就十二指肠生理解剖、损伤机制及分类、诊断治疗等各个方面做介绍。旨在为广大创伤外科医师更全面的认识、更规范的处理十二指肠损伤提供参考。Duodenal injury accounts for about 3%to 5%of abdominal trauma,but it has a high fatality rate,up to 47%.Conventional surgical repair is often ineffective and has many complications.This paper introduces the physiological anatomy,injury mechanism,classification,diagnosis and treatment of duodenal injury.The aim of this study is to provide reference for trauma surgeons to understand and manage duodenal injury more comprehensively.
