基于OBE教学理念的产学研协同育人体系的构建

摘　　要：OBE教学理念即成果导向教育,美国学者斯派帝对此模式进行了深入研究,并把OBE定义为“清晰地聚焦和组织教育系统,使之围绕确保学生获得在未来生活中获得实质性成功的经验”。产学研协同育人的目的在于解决人才培养与社会需求脱节的问题。从民办高校的教育现状出发,指出高校教学中存在的问题,在教学理念及教学模式上寻找解决人才培养与社会需求脱节的根源,并提出相应的解决对策。The concept of OBE teaching is achievement oriented education.American scholar Spady has made an in-depth study of this mode,and defined OBE as“focusing and organizing the education system clearly,so as to ensure that students get the experience of substantial success in future life”.The purpose of collaborative education of industry,university and research is to solve the problem that talent training is out of line with social needs.This study starts from the current situation of private colleges and universities,finds out the problems in the teaching of colleges and universities,finds out the root causes of the disconnection between talent training and social needs in the teaching concept and teaching mode,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
