摘 要:利用D-S等证据理论,着重研究大学生就业选择的决策问题,通过对大学毕业生就业选择较为重视的五个因素进行综合分析,提出了一种基于证据理论的就业选择决策方法,建立了以不同就业方案(即A,B,C,D,E)组成的识别框架,构建了以录用率、工资、假期、工作环境、交通满意度为证据体的融合决策模型(即大学生就业选择决策模型).该模型既能考虑到了大学毕业生就业时重视的一些条件,也能帮助大学毕业生顺利就业.此外,还通过实证分析说明了所构建模型的有效性和可行性.Based on the evidence theory,the issue of decision-making about college students ’ employment choice was studied. By analyzing the five key factors to which college graduates pay more attention than to other factors,a novel decision-making method of employment choice was put forward based on the evidence theory. Moreover,a recognition framework was constituted by different employment schemes,namely,A,B,C,D,E. The fusion decision-making model-the model of college students’ employment decision-making-was constructed with evidence bodies,such as employment rate,salary,vacation,working environment,and traffic satisfaction. The current model not only takes into account some conditions to which college graduates attach importance,but also greatly helps college graduates secure a position. In addition,the validity and feasibility of the model were clearly illustrated by the cases study.
