摘 要:目的:研究聚苹果酸钙对肉用仔鸡血清中钙、磷含量的影响。方法:采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选择1日龄AA肉鸡294只随机分成7个处理组,每个处理组设3个重复,每个重复14只鸡。试验周期42 d。其中对照组按常规饮水,饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在饮水中添加2、4、6 mL/L的液态聚苹果酸钙,试验Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组在基础饲料中分别添加4、8、12 g/kg的固态聚苹果酸钙。在21、42 d时随机选取8只,进行翅静脉采血,测定血清中钙、磷含量。结果:与对照组相比,1~21 d和22~42 d阶段饮水中添加2~6 mL/L的聚苹果酸钙和日粮中添加4~12 g/kg的聚苹果酸钙血清中钙含量逐渐增加,钙磷比(Ca/P)也呈现了逐渐提高趋势,其中:饮水中4 mL/L和6 mL/L的聚苹果酸钙与日粮中4~12 g/kg的聚苹果酸钙能显著提高血清中钙含量和钙磷比(Ca/P)(P<0.05),而磷含量没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在本试验中,饮水中4~6 mL/L和日粮中4~12 g/kg的聚苹果酸钙均能显著性提高肉鸡血清中的钙含量和钙磷比,能促进机体对钙的吸收,且固态的聚苹果酸钙的效果略优于液态。Objective:To investigate the effect of polymalic acid on calcium and phosphorus content in serum of broilers.Methods:A single-factor complete randomized trial was used to design the experiment.294 AA broilers at the age of 1 day were randomly divided into 7 treatment groups,with 3 replicates in each treatment group and 14 broilers in each repet ation.The test period was 42 d.Based diet control according to the conventional water,feeding experimentⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲgroup 2 mL/L were added in the water,4,6 mL/L of poly calcium malate concentration of liquid calcium,testⅣ,Ⅴ,Ⅵgroups,respectively,in the basis of feed,add 4,8,12 g/kg of poly calcium malate concentration of solid calcium.At 21 and 42 d,8 broilers were randomly selected to collect blood from the wing vein and determine the content of calcium and phosphorus in the blood.Results:Compared with the control group,the calcium content in the poly malate calcium serum added with 2-6 mL/L in drinking water and 4-12 g/kg in diet increased gradually,and the calcium-phosphorus ratio(Ca/P)also showed a gradually increasing trend,including:4 mL/L and 6 mL/L poly calcium malate in drinking water and 4-12 g/kg poly calcium malate in diet significantly increased serum calcium content and calcium-phosphorus ratio(Ca/P)(P<0.05),but there were no significant difference in phosphorus content(P>0.05).Conclusion:In this experiment,calcium poly malate in drinking water 4-6 mL/L and diet 4-12 g/kg could significantly increase the calcium content and calcium-phosphorus ratio in broilers'serum,and promote the absorption of calcium by the body,and the effect of solid calcium poly malate was slightly better than that of liquid.
