摘 要:农业绿色新质量发展是我国农业发展的重要方向,现处于大力推进再生资源阶段。本文通过层次分析法探究影响农业绿色发展技术能力的关键要素,进而深入分析发展技术能力过程中存在缺乏创新、推广滞后、资金不足和人才供给不足等系列问题,在此基础上提出加强农业绿色技术创新、注重农业绿色技术有效推广、增加农业绿色技术资金持续投入和搞好农业绿色技术人才培养体系4条路径,以推动农业绿色高质量发展。High quality greenagricultural development is an important direction of China's agricultural development,and it is now in the stage of vigorously promoting the development of renewable resources.By identifying the key elements affecting agricultural green technology ability with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,it is thus feasible to do the in-depth analysis of the problems existed in the technical ability development,which includes lack of innovation,extension lag behind,insufficient funds,and insufficient supply.Finally,four paths including strengthing agricultural green technology innovation,paying attention to popularizing agricultural green technology effectively,increasing agricultural green technology capital input and improving agricultural green technology talent cultivation system were proposed to peomote the agricultural green develepment.
