摘　　要：目的探讨应用逆行足内侧动脉岛状皮瓣转移修复[足母]趾软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法2016年2月-2018年1月,应用逆行足内侧动脉岛状皮瓣转移修复[足母]趾软组织缺损27例。皮瓣面积平均3.0 cm×5.5 cm(2.0 cm×4.0 cm^4.0 cm×6.5 cm)。结果27例皮瓣全部成活,其中3例术后第3天皮瓣远端出现暗紫,经无菌换药、拆除蒂部部分缝线后成活。随访2~20个月,皮瓣颜色、外观均正常,质地满意,无臃肿及挛缩。结论应用逆行足内侧动脉岛状皮瓣转移修复[足母]趾软组织缺损,操作简单,对供区无明显影响,皮瓣耐磨程度好,外形满意,质地良好,是修复[足母]趾软组织缺损的优良方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of reverse medial foot arterial island flap on repairing soft tissue defect of great toe.Methods From February 2016 to January 2018,27 cases of soft tissue defect of hallux toe were repaired by retrograde medial foot arterial island flap.The average size of the flap was 3.0 cm×5.5 cm(2.0 cm×4.0 cm^4.0 cm×6.5 cm).Results All flaps survived in this group,and 3 flaps developed dark purple at the distal end 3 days after operation.During the follow-up period of2~20 months,the flaps were normal in color,appearance,texture and no swelling or contracture.Conclusion The application of retrograde medial foot arterial island flap for repairing soft tissue defect of great toe is simple and has no obvious impact on the donor area.The flap has good wear resistance,satisfactory appearance and good texture,which is an excellent method for repairing soft tissue defect of great toe.
