游离髂腹股沟骨皮瓣修复足部复合组织缺损的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨应用游离髂腹股沟骨皮瓣修复足部复合组织缺损的临床疗效。方法2014年9月-2018年6月,应用游离髂腹股沟骨皮瓣修复足部开放性跖骨缺损9例,术后观察皮瓣成活情况及影像学检查骨愈合情况。结果9例皮瓣全部成活,术后随访6~20个月,平均12个月,皮瓣外形不臃肿,质地与周围皮肤接近,骨愈合良好,患肢行走步态正常,功能恢复满意。结论游离髂腹股沟骨皮瓣修复足部复合组织缺损可取得满意的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application of ilioinguinal bone flap in the repair of foot composite tissue defects.Methods From September 2014 to June 2018,9 cases of open metatarsal defects were repaired with free iliac flap,The survival of flap and the healing of bone were observed.Results All cases were followed up for 6 to 20 months,with an average of 12 months,the shape of the flap was not bloated,and the texture was close to the surrounding skin,the bone union was good,the walking gait was normal and the functional recovery was satisfactory.Conclusion The free iliac flap transplantation is a good method to repair the composite tissue defect of foot.
