摘　　要：为了解决大倾角液压支架试验能力落后于大倾角液压支架技术发展水平的现状,研制了大倾角液压支架试验台,重点研究了大回转直径、大吨位试验装备旋转技术、试验台无级调高技术、旋转工况下的三维复合外加载试验技术及多缸同步闭环控制技术。试验验证表明,所研制的大倾角液压支架试验台功能完备,技术指标领先,可为支架设计研发、科学研究及性能测试提供科学试验平台。In order to solve the current situation that the testing ability of the large-obliquity hydraulic support falling behind its technical development level,the test bench for the large-obliquity hydraulic support was developed.The rotating technology of the testing equipment with large rotary diameter and large tonnage,stepless lifting technology of the test bench,3D composite external loading testing technology in rotating mode and closed-loop control technology of multiple cylinders synchronous were researched.Test results showed the developed test bench for the large-obliquity hydraulic support was characterized by complete functions and leading technical indicators.It could offer scientific test platform for design,scientific research and performance testing of the support.
