摘  要:针对因提升容器偏载等因素导致的容器及提升绳等产生的偏摆问题,对罐道绳张紧力等参数进行计算分析。以铜兴公司为例,选择罐道绳并确定合理的张紧力,应用效果较好。得出罐道绳刚性系数与容器的偏摆值存在反比例关系,提升速度和载荷在罐道绳中段对容器的偏摆值影响较大、而在起始和终止段影响较小等张紧特性。In view of lateral swing of the container and the hoisting rope due to unbalance load of the container and other factors,the parameters such as the tension of the cage guide rope were calculated and analyzed.Tongxing Company being taken as the example,the cage guide rope was selected and its reasonable tension was determined,excellent application effects were achieved.Below conclusions were obtained:the rigid coefficient of the cage guide rope was inversely proportional to the yaw of the container;the hoisting velocity and the load had great impact on the yaw of the container in the middle section of the cage guide rope,while had less impact in the initial and the terminal section.
