摘  要:论述了影响长距离、高带速带式输送机托辊间距的因素,增大托辊间距对带式输送机具有两面性,既有优点也有缺点,设计需根据工程实际综合考虑各种因素,确定最优的托辊间距,使得工程经济效益最大化。就具体工程实例,对不同托辊间距布置从托辊数量、托辊规格型号、托辊组结构形式、托辊轴承寿命、功率消耗、阻力分析进行对比分析,确定最终的托辊间距。The article discusses the factors affecting idlers spacing of long-distance & high-speed belt conveyors. To increase idlers spacing of belt conveyor has both advantages and disadvantages. Designers need to consider various factors comprehensively according to the actual project, determine the optimal idlers spacing, so as to maximize the engineering economic benefit. Taking the specific engineering for examples, the different idlers spacing is compared and analyzed from the number of idlers, the model of idlers, the article analyzes the structure of idlers set, the life of the idlers bearing, the power consumption and the resistance analysis to determine the final idler spacing.
