摘  要:为解决硫化矿床开采过程中现场混装炸药自燃和自爆现象,通过对硫化矿床和销铵类炸药的反应机理进行分析,利用有限元软件对不同不耦合系数情况下硫化矿床的热传导作用进行数值模拟。结果表明:不耦合装药对乳化炸药产生热量的传导起到了很大的抑制作用,在岩体和空气间隔的交界处温度没多大变化;随着空气间隔宽度的减小,传导至硫化矿的温度增加;随着不耦合系数的减小,接触界面的温度增加幅度却逐渐增大,增长规律是非线性的,和不耦合系数的变化规律不是一一对应的。In order to solve the self-explosive phenomena of mixed explosive in the process of sulfide deposit mining, the reaction mechanism of sulfide deposit and ammonium-pin explosive is analyzed, and the heat conduction of sulfide deposit under different uncoupled coefficients is simulated by finite element software. The results show that uncoupled explosive is used to emulsify explosive. The heat transfer of the drug has a great restraint effect. The temperature at the junction of rock mass and air interval does not change much. With the decrease of air interval width, the temperature conduction to sulfide ore increases. With the decrease of uncoupling coefficient, the temperature increase of contact interface increases gradually, and the growth law is non-linear. And the law of change of uncoupling coefficient is not one-to-one correspondence.
