摘  要:在我国大型露天矿山爆破工程中,已经广泛使用现场多孔粒状铵油炸药混装车进行机械化装药,但由于我国引进的炸药车设备工艺落后,现场多孔粒状铵油炸药车螺杆输送中的油相装置设计不合理,导致生产出的现场混装炸药的性能已经不能满足我国新型矿山发展的需要。通过对多孔粒状铵油炸药混装车油量配制装置进行改造,保证硝酸铵和柴油能够充分接触混合,提高了炸药性能和质量水平,使其能够满足我国目前露天矿山开采的安全环保等要求。In the blasting engineering of large open-pit mines in China, the on-site porous granular ammonium oil explosive mixing truck has been widely used for mechanized charging. However, due to the backward equipment and technology of the imported explosive truck in China, the design of oil phase device in screw conveying of the on-site porous granular ammonium oil explosive truck is unreasonable, which leads to the production of on-site mixed explosive. The performance can no longer meet the needs of the development of new mines in China. Through the modification of the oil quantity preparation device of the porous granular ammonium oil explosive mixing truck, the mine ensures that ammonium nitrate and diesel oil fully contact and mix,improves the performance and quality level of the explosive, and meets the safety and environmental protection requirements of open-pit mining in China.
