摘　　要：为了保障采场下部采剥工程的安全生产,对胜利东二号露天煤矿采场南帮西部1020~1008 m水平坡道北侧、1008 m平盘出现裂缝及时进行边坡分析,分析产生边坡变形的原因,提出了安全、技术保障措施,对采场下部安全生产起到了指导作用。In order to ensure the safety production of the mining and stripping works at the lower part of the stope, this article makes timely slope analysis of the cracks on the northern side of 1020-1088 horizontal slope and 1008 flat plate in the west side of the south slope of Shengli East No. 2 Open-pit Coal Mine. The article causes of slope deformation, puts forward safety and technical measures, which play the guiding role in the safety production of the lower part of the stope.
