摘 要:通过平板对峙培养和发酵液抑菌试验,从细辛健康植株根际土壤中筛选出拮抗效果较好的生防真菌F1-6菌株,经形态学和ITS序列分析鉴定,确定该菌为微紫青霉(Penicillium janthinellum)。对峙培养和发酵液抑菌试验结果表明,该菌株对叶枯病病菌的抑菌率分别为61.25%和63.64%;室内盆栽防治试验结果表明,该菌株对细辛叶枯病的预防效果为70.78%、治疗效果为61.03%。The biocontrol fungi with antagonistic effect to Asarum leaf blight were separated from the rhizosphere soil of healthy Asarum and screened by the plate confrontation and fermentation broth inhibition test. A biocontrol fungus F1-6 with a high antagonistic effect was selected. After morphological and ITS sequence analysis, it was identified as Penicillium janthinellum. The fungal inhibition rates in plate confrontation and fermentation broth inhibition tests were61.25% and 63.64%, respectively. The results of the pot experiment showed that the prevention effect of this strain on Asarum leaf blight was 70.78%, and its treatment effect was 61.03%, showing occurrence-preventing and severity-reducing efficiency against the disease.
