摘 要:为探讨不同外源激素种类、浓度和处理时间对香花油茶(Camellia osmantha)扦插生根效果的影响,提高扦插生根质量,采用L9(34)正交试验,运用方差分析、主成分分析和极差分析方法对香花油茶扦插生根效果进行综合评价。结果表明,不同处理的香花油茶扦插存活率、生根率、根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积和根系平均直径均差异显著,扦插生根综合效果排序为Ⅷ(1000 mg/L NAA处理5 s)>IX(1500 mg/L NAA处理30 s)>Ⅵ(1500 mg/L IBA处理5 s);各因素对扦插综合指标的影响依次为激素浓度>激素种类>处理时间。In order to investigate effects of different exogenous hormone treatments on rooting of Camellia osmantha and improve rooting quality, L9(34) orthogonal experiment was designed to evaluate rooting of C. osmantha by variance analysis, principal component analysis and range analysis. Results showed that there were significant differences in survival rate of cuttage, rooting rate, root length, root surface area, root volume and average root diameter of C. osmantha among different treatments. The order of comprehensive effects of rooting was Ⅷ(1 000 mg/L NAA for 5 s)>IX(1 500 mg/L NAA for 30 s)>Ⅵ(1 500 mg/L IBA for 5 s), and order of effects of each factor on comprehensive index was hormone concentration>hormone type > treatment time.
