摘 要:减少能量损耗、科学评估能效、制定有效节能措施对能源利用具有非常重要的意义。对生产作业中的能量损耗进行了系统的分类,定义了直接无效能量、间接无效能量、伴随无效能量以及独立无效能量等概念,有助于判断节能措施是否有效,可以指导节能措施的设计方向。同时提出了损耗比以分析生产作业的耗能情况。最后定义了节能潜力的评价指标并给出了指标应用示例,有助于决策者制定当前目标作业的节能措施,以更准确地评判不同节能措施的有效性。It is vital for energy utilization to reduce energy loss,to evaluate energy efficiency scientifically and to formulate effective energy saving measures.In this paper,energy losses were sorted systematically and some concepts were presented,such as direct energy loss,indirect energy loss,concomitant energy loss,independent energy loss,which is helpful to judge whether energy saving measures are effective and to determine the design direction of energy saving measures.Meanwhile,this paper illustrated energy consumption in production by proposing energy loss ratio.Moreover,indices of energy saving potential were defined and an application demonstration was given,which can help policymakers to develop energy saving measures and evaluate the effectiveness of different energy saving measures.
