摘 要:为了进一步提高地质化探样品中原子荧光光谱法应用水平,简单快速精准的对大批量地质化探样品进行测定,获取样品准确全面的成分数据,需要进一步加强原子荧光光谱法在地质化探样品测定中的应用研究。文中基于原子荧光光谱法测定样品过程中出现的问题进行分析,探讨原子荧光法常见影响因素,对于具体测定过程当中的污染源及应对方法,干扰因素及其消除方法进行概述,论述了一些常见地质化探样品预处理技术及其特点,也寻找运用其他设备测定相关元素,以便省时省力获得更好的分析数据。In order to further improve the application level of AFS in geological and geochemical exploration samples,simply,quickly and accurately determine large quantities of geological and geochemical exploration samples,and obtain accurate and comprehensive component data of samples,it is necessary to further strengthen the application research of AFS in the determination of geological and geochemical exploration samples.Based on the analysis of the problems in the determination of samples by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,this paper discusses the common influencing factors of atomic fluorescence spectrometry,summarizes the pollution sources,countermeasures,interference factors and elimination methods in the specific determination process,discusses some common pretreatment technologies and characteristics of geochemical samples,and also looks for other equipment for the determination of relevant elements,In order to save time and effort to get better analysis data.
