西洋参与淫羊藿配伍增强免疫力和缓解体力疲劳功能实验研究

摘　　要：研究了西洋参与淫羊藿配伍制成的保健食品对增强免疫力和缓解体力疲劳的作用。每天经口给予200、400和1200 mg/kg样品30 d,通过细胞功能免疫、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能、NK细胞活性四个方面评价其增强免疫力功能;通过负重游泳试验、肝糖原、血清尿素氮和血乳酸测定评价其抗疲劳功能。结果表明:样品对细胞免疫功能和NK细胞活性两个方面测定结果均为阳性,负重游泳试验、尿素氮和血乳酸试验结果为阳性。根据保健食品增强免疫力功能和缓解体力疲劳功能评价标准,该产品具有增强免疫力和缓解体力疲劳的功能。Research on the role of health food made American ginseng and Herba epimedii compatibility for enhancing immunity and reducing fatigue was studied.Sample was consistently and orally given to mice at doses of 200,400,1200 mg/kg for 30 days.Through the cell immune function,humoral immune function,mononuclear macrophage function,NK cell activity four aspects to evaluate its immunity function;By weight loading swimming test,liver glycogen,and serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid to evaluate its anti-fatigue function.Samples to cellular immune function and NK cell activity determination results are all positive,weight loading swimming test,urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid the test result is positive,enhance immunity function and alleviate physical fatigue according to health food function evaluation standard,the product has the function of enhancing immunity and relieving physical fatigue.
