摘　　要：基于科技型中小企业的含义及其融资要求特征,分析了湖北省科技型中小企业融资支持体系方面存在的融资困境,并且在借鉴国外及国内长三角地区、河北省等典型区域科技型中小企业融资支持体系实践经验基础上,提出吸引社会资本成立政策性科技银行、搭建互联网众筹融资平台以提高风险资本参与度、完善科技型中小企业信用担保体系、引导并鼓励金融机构提供特色产品和服务等建设湖北省科技型中小企业融资支持体系的相关对策。Based on the definition and financing requirements of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises,this paper analyzes the financing difficulties in financing support system of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises,and on the basis of drawing on the practical experience of financing support system for SMEs in typical regions such as foreign and domestic Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and Hebei Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to attract social capital to set up policy-oriented sci-tech banks,set up Internet crowdfunding platform to enhance the participation of venture capital,perfect the credit guarantee system of sci-tech SMEs,guide and encourage financial institutions to provide special products and services,and so on,to build the financing support system of sci-tech SMEs in Hubei Province.
