摘  要:针对目前叉车作业时重心不稳、易侧翻、视野受限、高位作业危险性高等问题,利用发明问题解决理论(TRIZ),提出一种高举位叉车创新设计方法。首先,利用TRIZ理论建立叉车的功能模型,阐述技术矛盾;应用生命曲线,分析相关专利级别,确定研究方向;然后,由因果链,找出问题所在;最后,应用小人法、物理矛盾获得叉车的设计方案;结合机械工程学、有限元分析,对叉车机械结构、强度等进行多方面分析,最终提出一种基于TRIZ理论的高举位叉车设计。此设计结构安全性能高、作业强度高、适用性强。In order to solve the problems of unstable center of gravity,easy to turn over,limited field of vision and high risk of high position forklift operation,an innovative design method of high lift forklift based on TRIZ theory is proposed by using the invention problem solving theory(TRIZ).Firstly,the functional model of forklift is established by using TRIZ theory,and the technical contradiction is expounded;The life curve is applied to analyze the relevant patent levels and determine the research direction;then,the causality chain is used to find out the problem.Finally,the design scheme of forklift truck is obtained by using small person method and physical contradiction.Combined with mechanical engineering and finite element analysis,the mechanical structure and strength of forklift are analyzed in many aspects.Finally,a high lift forklift design based on TRIZ theory is put forward,which has high safety performance,high working strength and strong applicability.
