基于灰色聚类的信息作战指挥协同效能评估

摘　　要：在立足于作战指挥理论的基础上,分析了信息作战指挥协同要素,研究了信息作战指挥协同要素与指挥协同能力之间的映射关系,设计了信息作战指挥协同效能指标体系,利用基于中心点的三角白化权函数对各级指标进行灰色聚类评估。评估结果表明,针对查找信息作战指挥协同活动中存在的短板所提出的改进建议,具有一定的参考价值。Based on the operational command theory,this paper analyzes the information combat command coordination elements,studies the mapping relationship between information combat command coordination elements and command coordination capabilities.It designs the information combat command coordination effectiveness evaluation index system.The evaluation index system is clustered by the method based on the triangle whitening function of the center point.The evaluation results show that this method has certain reference value for finding the shortcomings in the information combat command coordination activities and improvement suggestions.
