摘　　要：目的:揭示西藏世居藏族正常青年人颅腔体积大小,为"中国标准脑"提供基础数据。方法:选取拉萨市籍世居藏族青年88人,其中男性35人,女性53人,年龄18~45岁,平均年龄(28.16±8.70)岁。采用西门子MAGNETOM ESSENZA 1.5T磁共振扫描仪和3D-fSPGR扫描序列,扫描自小脑扁桃体下缘至头皮为止的整个颅脑范围,并利用工作站自带的图像处理软件测量颅腔体积。结果:西藏世居藏族青年颅腔体积为(3639327.632±363419.836)mm^3,其中男性颅腔体积为(3938902.349±266599.871)mm^3,女性颅腔体积为(3441495.272±272400.259)mm^3,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。正常青年人颅腔体积与年龄无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:西藏世居藏族正常青年人颅腔体积男性大于女性,颅腔体积大小与年龄无关。Objective To reveal the size of the cranial cavity volume of native normal Tibetan youth in Tibet,and to provide basic data for"Chinese standard brain".Methods 88 young Tibetans from Lhasa,including 35 males and 53 females,aged from 18 to 45 years,with an average age of(28.16±8.70)years were selected.Siemens Magnetom Essenza 1.5 T MRI scanner and 3 d-fspgr scanning sequence were used to scan the whole brain area from the lower edge of tonsil to the scalp,and the volume of the cranial cavity was measured by the image processing software of the workstation.Results The intracranial volume of normal Tibetan youth was(3639327.632±363419.836)mm^3,of which the male intracranial volume was(3938902.349±266599.871)mm^3,and the female intracranial volume was(3441495.272±272400.259)mm^3,the comparison between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no correlation between the volume of cranial cavity and age in native normal Tibetan youth(P>0.05).Conclusion The Intracranial volume of male in native normal Tibetan youth is larger than that of female,and the size of Intracranial volume is independent of age.
