摘　　要：邢钢炼钢厂转炉一次除尘采用新OG法进行烟气净化和煤气回收,满足了烟气特别排放限值要求。介绍了新0G法工艺流程,一二级洗涤塔和环缝文氏管的作用,以及调试过程中出现的问题和相应的解决方案。The new OG method was adopted in the primary dedusting of converter in Xinggang steelmaking plant for flue gas purification and gas recovery,which meets the re?quirements of special emission limit of flue gas.This paper introduces the new OG process flow,the functions of the primary and secondary scrubbers and the annular venturi,the problems in the commissioning process and corresponding solutions.
