摘  要:通过3#汽轮鼓风机大修后试车轴瓦振动信号的采集分析,认为风机转子叶片安装存在问题,经拆除叶片重新安装,试车检测振动数据正常的过程,警示在设备检修过程质量控制的重要性,设备检修完后试车的振动信号采集、故障诊断分析尤为重要。Through collection and analysis of the vibration signals of the bearing bush at test run after the overhaul of unit 3,it was considered that there was a problem in the installation of the fan rotor blade.After removal of the blade and reinstallation,the vibration data of the test run became normal.The process shows the importance of warning in the quality control of equipment maintenance process,and vibration signal collection and fault diagnosis analysis of test run after equipment maintenance are particularly important.
