摘 要:冷轧薄板、硅钢等产品表面存在的油污、镀层,如不经处理不能真实反映产品中碳硫含量。采用NaOH溶液进行样品表面处理,通过不同的NaOH溶液浓度、不同的处理时间对碳硫分析结果的影响试验,确立了最佳NaOH溶液浓度和处理时间。处理好的样品采用红外碳硫仪分析碳硫含量,精密度实验数据符合生产过程质量控制要求。As cold-rolled sheet,silicon steel and other products often have oil and coating on the surface,samples cannot truly reflect the carbon and sulfur content of the products without treatment.NaOH solution was used to treat the surface of the samples.The optimal concentration and treatment time of NaOH solution were determined by testing the effect of different concentration of NaOH solution and different treatment time on the results of carbon and sulfur analysis.The treated samples were analyzed by infrared carbon sulfur analyzer,and the precision experimental data met the quality control requirements of the production process.
