摘　　要：在依法治国的大背景下,依法治档必须与时代同步向前推进,它包括实现档案工作法治化与实现档案工作标准化两个层面。档案工作法治化是制定法律规范并贯彻执行的工作体系,档案工作标准化是制定标准规范并贯彻实施的工作过程。新时代的依法治档不仅要重视档案法规的制定与贯彻执行,也要注重发挥档案工作标准的作用。In the context of administering the country according to law,administering records according to the law must also advance with the times.It includes two levels of realizing the legalization of archival work and realizing the standardization of archival work.The legalization of archival work is a working system for the formulation and implementation of legal norms,and the standardization of archival work is a working process for the formulation and implementation of standard norms.Managing records in accordance with the law in the new era must not only attach importance to the formulation and implementation of archival laws and regulations,but also to give full play to the role of archival work standards.
