摘  要:文章从项目驱动视角提出了文献遗产“融保护”人才培养模式及其推进策略,从项目目标驱动、项目内容驱动、项目方法驱动和项目评估驱动四个维度构建文献遗产“融保护”人才培养模式的内容框架。在此框架下,基于国内外文献遗产保护人才培养经验,从建立学位联合培养机制、推动联合项目化教学、共建文献遗产“融保护”知识库、共建文献遗产“融保护”资源库四个方面提出人才培养模式的推进策略。In order to break down the barriers between disciplines in talent training of documentary heritage conservation and cultivate compound talents,through analyzing the characteristics of compound talents and learning talent training modes at home and abroad for reference,this paper puts forward a convergence talents training mode for documentary heritage conservation based on documentary heritage conservation projects.From the four aspects of goal driving,content driving,method driving and evaluation driving,this paper constructs the content framework of the convergence talents training mode of documentary heritage conservation.In this content framework,this paper proposes the promotion strategies of the compound talents training mode for documentary heritage conservation in terms of establishing a joint degree training mechanism,promoting joint project teaching,building the knowledge database and resource database of documentary heritage conservation based on the domestic and foreign talent training experience.
