美国档案工作者协会档案教育的特色与启示

摘　　要：美国档案工作者协会在美国档案教育和培训中发挥了重要作用。文章基于美国档案工作者协会网站,介绍美国档案工作者协会开展档案教育的情况,总结其具有教育体系完善、学历教育和继续教育并重、教育形式多样化、课程内容针对性强、教师拥有丰富的实践经验、注重培养档案工作者的数字素养等特色,并同时提出我国在档案教育中应充分发挥档案学会的作用,丰富教育形式、充实教育内容、充分发挥档案工作者作用,促进档案教育发展。The Society of American Archivists plays an important role in the education and training of American archives.Based on the website of the Society of American Archivists,this paper introduces the development of archival education in the Society of American Archivists,and summarizes its characteristics such as perfect education system,equal emphasis on academic education and continuing education,diversified education forms,highly targeted curriculum content,rich practical experience of teachers,and emphasis on the cultivation of digital literacy of archivists.Besides,this paper puts forward that our country should give full play to role of archives society,enrich educational forms and contents.At the same time,the role of archivist should be brought into paly so as to promote the development of archival education.
