摘　　要：目的:分析非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者生存质量影响因素及其与西北燥证的关系。方法:收集2016年3月至2017年3月于新疆医科大学附属中医医院、哈密地区中心医院就诊的NAFLD患者(病例组),以两家医院门诊体检的基本健康人群为对照组,填写全部受试者NDS评分量表、SF-36生存质量量表,比较两组的生存质量水平。并根据是否罹患西北燥证,进一步将病例组分为西北燥证组和无西北燥证组,比较此两组的SF-36生活量表,分析NAFLD患者生存质量与西北燥证的相关性。结果:病例组SF-36生活量表总分(619.625±131.933)分,生存质量状况差于对照组[(762.797±43.426)分](P<0.01);合并西北燥证的生活质量低于无西北燥证组患者[(577.65±128.38)分vs(654.94±124.89)分(P<0.01);合并西北燥证组患者西北燥证总积分与生存质量存在负相关(r=-0.375,P<0.01)。结论:西北燥证是NAFLD患者生存质量的重要影响因素,西北燥证程度越重,NAFLD患者的生存质量越差。Objective:To analyze the quality of life in patients with NAFLD in XinJiang and reveal the relationship between northwest dryness syndrome and quality of life in NAFLD patients.Methods:NAFLD patients were collected from TCM Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University and Central Hospital of Hami City from March 2016 to March 2017,taking the basic healthy people in this two hospitals as control.All the subjects filled in the Northwest Dryness Syndrome Score Scale and SF-36 Quality of Life Scale,compared the quality of life between the two groups,and to analyze the correlation between the quality of life and Northwest Dryness Syndrome of NAFLD patients.Results:The quality of life in NAFLD group was worse than that in healthy control group(619.625±131.933)vs(762.797+43.426),P<0.01).The total survival quality score NAFLD combined with northwest dryness syndrome group was lower than that in simple NAFLD group.The total northwest dryness syndrome score was negatively correlated with quality of life(r=-0.448,P<0.01).Conclusion:Northwest dryness syndrome affects the quality life of NAFLD patients,and the more severe the degree of northwest dryness syndrome is,the lower the quality of life of NAFLD patients will be.
