摘  要:目的:观察基于肌筋膜链理论对髌骨劳损患者实施模块化运动干预的康复效果。方法:选取我院2017年12月—2018年6月诊治的髌骨劳损患者20例进行回顾分析和随访。通过分析膝关节运动模式,在相应肌筋膜链上查找病因,对髋、踝运动代偿关节和相关肌肉群模块化设计。阶段干预6个月和12个月后,应用髌骨劳损严重性指数判定标准进行症状评分,并与干预前进行对比观察分析。结果:经全程跟踪随访,髌骨劳损症状技术指标评定中,膝关节功能活动能力、关节活动度和疼痛程度症状评分较干预前均有明显提高,且都存在显著性差异(P<0.05);临床疗效综合评定中,症状程度分级均较干预前明显改善,且综合疗效显效率和有效率分别为70%和30%。结论:制定与实施模块化运动处方干预髌骨劳损有较好的疗效。Objective:To observe the rehabilitation effect of modular exercise intervention on patella strain patients based on myofascial chain theory.Methods:20 patients with patella strain diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to June 2018 were selected for retrospective analysis and follow-up.By analyzing the movement pattern of the knee joint and finding the etiology on the corresponding myofascial chain,the modular design of hip and ankle compensatory joints and related muscle groups was carried out.After 6 and 12 months of intervention,patella strain severity index was used to score the symptoms,and the results were compared with those before intervention.Results:After the whole follow-up,during the technical index evaluation of patella strain symptoms,the knee joint functional activity ability,range of motion and pain degree symptom scores were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).In the comprehensive evaluation of clinical efficacy,symptom grade was significantly improved compared with that before intervention,and the obvious efficiency and effective rate of comprehensive efficacy were 70%and 30%respectively.Conclusion:The formulation and implementation of modular exercise prescription for patella strain intervention has better efficacy.
