PDCA循环法缩短急诊生化检验报告回报时间的研究

摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环法在缩短急诊生化检验报告回报时间中的应用情况。方法采用回顾分析法对我院心内科2017年1月~12月收治的277例急诊生化检验者进行研究,使用PDCA循环法优化临床医师提取急诊生化检验医嘱到检验结果发出后的整个过程,在此期间做好相应的调查分析工作,对比观察优化前后各项目所花费的时间情况。结果实施PDCA循环法实后各项目所花费的时间明显少于实施前,相比之下,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用PDCA循环法可缩短急诊生化检验报告回报时间,保证急诊检测报告的质量和效率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application of PDCA cycle in shortening the return time of emergency biochemical test report.Methods Retrospective analysis in our heart January,2017-December,2017 with the tester,treated 277 cases of emergency biochemical using PDCA cycle method to optimize clinical doctors extract emergency biochemical test orders to the inspection results after the entire process,during which do a good job in the investigation and analysis of corresponding contrast were observed before and after optimization of the time spent on each project.Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle,the time of each project was signifi cantly less than that before the implementation,which was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using PDCA cycle method can shorten the return time of emergency biochemical test report and ensure the quality and effi ciency of emergency test report,which is worthy of promotion.
