输尿管远端结石联合应用双氯芬酸钠与坦索罗辛的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨双氯芬酸钠联合坦索罗辛治疗输尿管远端结石的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月共159例输尿管远端结石患者进行研究,根据患者的入院编号,随机分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组各53例。Ⅰ组采用双氯芬酸钠治疗,Ⅱ组采用坦索罗辛治疗,Ⅲ组联合以上两种药物治疗,对比三组临床疗效。结果Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组总有效率对比无统计学意义,P>0.05;Ⅲ组总有效率高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。Ⅰ组平均结石排出时间对比Ⅱ组平均结石排出时间无统计学意义,P>0.05;Ⅲ组平均结石排出时间低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组肾绞痛率对比无统计学意义P>0.05;Ⅲ组肾绞痛发生率低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,P<0.005,具有统计学意义。三组不良反应发生率对比均无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管远端结石联合应用双氯芬酸钠与坦索罗辛具有较高的临床价值,不仅能保证结石的清除率,还有利于缩短结石排出时间。同时,联合治疗不良反应发生率和单药治疗相比无明显上升,证明其安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of diclofenac sodium combined with tansoloxine in the treatment of distal ureteral calculi.Methods Selected from January 2018 to January 2019,a total of 159 patients with distal ureteral calculi were studied,according to the patient's admission number,were randomly divided intoⅠ,Ⅱgroup andⅢgroup 53 cases each.Ⅰgroup was treated with diclofenac sodium,treatment withⅡgroup tan solo sheen,Ⅲin combination with the above two kinds of drug treatment,compare the three groups of clinical curative effect.Results The total effective rateⅠandⅡgroup compared with no statistical signifi cance,P>0.05;Ⅲgroup total effective rate was higher thanⅠandⅡgroups,statistically signifi cant,P<0.05).ⅠⅡaverage calculi discharge time contrast group average calculi discharge time no statistical signifi cance,P>0.05;Ⅲaverage calculi discharge time belowⅠgroup andⅡgroup,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Ⅰgroup andⅡrenal colic rate compared with no statistically significant(P>0.05;Ⅲgroup of lower incidence of renal colicⅠandⅡgroup,P<0.005,with statistical significance.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of diclofenac sodium and tansoloxine in the distal ureteral calculi has higher clinical value,which can not only ensure the clearance rate of calculi,but also help to shorten the time of stone elimination.At the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions in combination therapy was not significantly higher than that in monotherapy,which proved that it was safe and worthy of promotion and application.
