西药药剂头孢米诺的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究西药药剂头孢米诺的临床应用情况。方法选择2017年10月至2018年10月来我院进行治疗的合并呼吸道感染症状的患者50例设置为本文的A组,选择同期来我院进行治疗的合并泌尿系统感染的另外50例患者设置为本文的B组,对所有患者选择采用西药药剂头孢米诺进行治疗,对两组不同感染症状的患者应用西药药剂头孢米诺治疗之后的临床情况进行评价和比较。结果经治疗以后本文的A组患者总有效48例,有效率为96.00%,B组患者总有效49例,总有效率为98.00%,两组患者在治疗总有效率方面无明显差异,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义;比较两组患者不良反应发生率,A组患者出现不良反应4例患者,不良反应发生率为8.00%,B组患者出现不良反应5例患者,不良反应发生率为10.00%,两组患者的不良反应发生率方面也无明显差异,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义。结论对临床的相关感染性病症患者而言,应用西药头孢米诺进行治疗可以发挥理想的治疗效果,同时患者也存在着一定的不良反应症状,所以临床在用药的过程中应重视患者的不良反应症状,并为患者在进行用药过程中坚持合理用药的观念。Objective To study the clinical application of cefminox.Methods 50 patients with respiratory tract infection symptoms treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as group A.Another 50 patients with urinary tract infection treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as group B.All patients were treated with cefminox,a Western medicine,and two groups of patients with different infection symptoms were treated with Western medicine.The clinical situation of Cefminox after treatment was evaluated and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.00%in group A and 98.00%in group B.There was no signifi cant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05,no statistical signifi cance).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 4 cases,the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.00%,and that in group B was 8.00%.There were 5 patients with adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%.There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,P>0.05,which had no statistical signifi cance.Conclusion For the patients with clinically related infectious diseases,Cefminox can play an ideal therapeutic effect.At the same time,patients also have some adverse reaction symptoms.Therefore,we should pay attention to the adverse reaction symptoms of patients in the course of clinical medication,and adhere to the concept of rational drug use for patients in the course of medication.
