黄芪建中汤治疗喘息型慢性支气管炎患者的效果及复发率分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对喘息型慢性支气管炎治疗时使用黄芪建中汤的治疗效果。方法选择200例我院收治的喘息型慢性支气管炎患者,随机设为对照和研究两组,使用黄芪建中汤治疗的为研究组,使用常规西医治疗的为对照组,分析两组的治疗效果,临床症状,不良反应以及痊愈率,复发率。结果研究组临床症状缓解时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);研究组总治疗效果比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组痊愈率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对喘息型慢性支气管炎患者使用黄芪建中汤治疗时,治疗效果明显,有效改善临床症状,改善咳嗽、气促等症状,降低不良反应,更安全可靠。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on asthmatic chronic bronchitis.Methods 200 patients with asthmatic chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital were randomly selected and divided into control group and study group.The study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and the control group was treated with routine western medicine.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms,adverse reactions,recovery rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed.Results The remission time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When asthmatic chronic bronchitis is treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,the therapeutic effect is obvious.It can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve cough,shortness of breath and other symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,and is more safe and reliable.
