自拟生青汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟生青汤联合NB-UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法92例患者随机分为联合组31例(内服生青汤及NB-UVB照射),汤剂组30例(内服生青汤),NB-UVB组31例(NB-UVB照射)。结果治疗后10 d联合组、汤剂组、NB-UVB组有效率分别为51.6%、26.7%、38.7%。联合组有效率优于汤剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时优于NB-UVB组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后20 d三组有效率分别为87.1%、50%、64.5%。联合组有效率优于汤剂组和NB-UVB组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生青汤联合NB-UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效较好,且耐受性好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effi cacy of treatment of Pityriasis Rosea with Sheng-Qing-Tang combined with Narrow-band UVB(NB-UVB).Methods 92 patients with pityriasis rosea were randomly divided into combination group of 31 cases(oral Sheng-Qing-Tang plus NB-UVB radiation),decoction group of 30 cases(oral Sheng-Qing-Tang)and NB-UVB group of 31 cases.Results After 10 days of treatment,total effective rate of combination group,decoction and NB-UVB group was 51.6%,26.7%,38.7%respectively.The effective rate of combination group was statistically signifi cantly higher than that of decoction group(P<0.05),and higher than that of NB-UVB group with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 20 days of treatment,total effective rate of three groups was 87.1%,50%,64.5%.The effective rate of combination group was statistically signifi cantly higher than that of both decoction group and NB-UVB group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sheng-Qing-Tang combined with narrow-band UVB in treatment of pityriasis rosea showed favourable effi cacy and tolerance.It’s worthful to be used in the clinic.
