层级护理对母婴同室产妇母乳喂养成功率的影响

摘  要:目的探讨层级护理对母婴同室产妇母乳喂养成功率的影响。方法选取在我院分娩的孕产妇120例进行研究,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组60例,以常规方式进行干预,观察组60例,以层级护理方式进行干预,对两组的干预情况进行比较。结果观察组产妇母乳喂养成功率、产妇对母乳喂养知识的掌握率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量各指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组开始泌乳时间、吸吮开始时间、母乳喂养建立时间比较差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论层级护理在提高母婴同室产妇乳母喂养成功率中有重要价值,并有利于提高护理质量,改善护患关系,可推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of stratifi ed nursing on the success rate of maternal and child maternal breastfeeding.Methods 120 cases of pregnant women who were delivered in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table method.60 cases in the control group were intervened in the conventional way.60 cases in the observation group were intervened by level nursing,and the intervention of the two groups was performed.The situation is compared.Results The maternal breastfeeding success rate and maternal breastfeeding knowledge of the observation group were signifi cantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The observation quality of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);There were statistically signifi cant differences in the timing of lactation,the start time of sucking,and the establishment time of breastfeeding(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of nursing has important value in improving the success rate of maternal and infant maternal feeding,and it is benefi cial to improve the quality of nursing,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and promote the application.
