50例无呼吸道症状老年人肺炎的护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析探讨50例无呼吸道症状的老年人肺炎的护理方法与体会。方法选取我院在2017年6月至2019年2月期间所收治的50例无呼吸道症状的老年肺炎患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,并对患者加强护理干预,然后观察患者护理效果。结果经针对性护理干预后,50例患者中有48例痊愈出院,占比为96.0%,另2例患者死亡,相应占比为4.0%。结论无呼吸道症状的老年肺炎患者的病情恶化较快,且具有较高的病死率,因而根据患者的实际病情,采取有效的治疗措施并给予针对性的护理干预有助于缓解患者症状,降低患者病死率,改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the 50 cases without respiratory symptoms of the elderly pneumonia care methods and experience.Methods 50 Elderly Patients with pneumonia without respiratory symptoms from June 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were selected as the study objects,the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,and the nursing intervention was strengthened Then observe the effect of patient care.Results After the targeted nursing intervention,48 of 50 patients were discharged,accounting for 96.0%,and 2 patients died,accounting for 4.0%.Conclusions Elderly Pneumonia patients without respiratory symptoms have a rapid deterioration and a high case fatality rate,so according to the actual condition of the patients,taking effective treatment measures and giving targeted nursing intervention can help to alleviate the symptoms of patients,reduce mortality and improve the quality of life of patients.
