研究重症急性胰腺炎CRRT治疗的临床护理价值

摘　　要：目的分析重症急性胰腺炎采用连续肾脏替代法(CRRT)治疗的同时,采用相应护理干预的临床价值。方法选择本院2017年2月至2019年2月期间接收并治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者100例,采用数字随机分配方式,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。所有患者在接受CRRT治疗的同时,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用临床针对护理干预,对比两组肝肾功能变化、心肺功能指数变化以及并发症发生情况和护理满意度差异。结果两组临床采用不同护理方法后,患者治疗效果以及护理效果存在较大差异。其中观察组肝肾功能指标、心肺功能指数均优于对照组,同时观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学含义(P<0.05)。结论针对重症胰腺炎患者接受CRRT治疗的同时,相应介入针对性护理干预方法,能够有效提高其生活质量,改善各项临床治疗,对确保患者生命安全具有显著效果,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of treating severe acute pancreatitis with continuous renal replacement(CRRT)and corresponding nursing intervention.Methods 100 patients with severe acute pancreatitis received and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases each.All the patients were treated with CRRT,the control group used routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used clinical nursing intervention to compare the changes of liver and kidney function,cardiopulmonary function index,complications and nursing fullness of the two groups Meaning difference.Results After the two groups adopted different nursing methods,the treatment effect and nursing effect were different.Among them,the liver and kidney function index and cardiopulmonary function index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion At the same time,the corresponding intervention method can effectively improve the quality of life and improve all kinds of clinical treatment,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.Use.
