急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者的护理干预措施及效果分析

摘　　要：目的关于急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者在进行护理的过程中所配合的有效护理方法分析。方法本文研究对象来自我院在2017年1月至2018年10月收治的78例急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者,按照随机方法分两组,每组患者平均为39例,对两组患者分别选择相对应的护理方法进行指导,并对两组患者的护理效果进行评价和比较。结果经过不同的护理干预,常规护理组的治疗有效率为92.31%(36/39),综合护理组为74.36%(29/39),P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;常规护理组的不良反应发生率为30.77%(12/39),综合护理组为12.82%(5/39),P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;对两组患者经过不同护理以后的左心室舒张末期(LVDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心力衰竭控制时间和住院时间进行比较,本文综合护理组明显优于常规护理组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论临床对急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者,在护理时通过综合护理进行护理指导可在一定程度上提高患者治疗的总有效率,并且降低不良反应发生率,对患者的临床症状加以改善,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effective nursing methods in nursing patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods In this paper,the object of study from our hospital in January 2017 to October 2017 treated 78 cases of acute myocardial infarction merger in patients with heart failure,according to random method is divided into two groups,each group of patients with an average of 39 cases,respectively on two groups of patients to choose the corresponding nursing methods for guidance,and to evaluate the nursing effect of two groups of patients and comparison.Results After different nursing interventions,the treatment effi ciency of the conventional nursing group was 92.31%(36/39),and that of the comprehensive nursing group was 74.36%(29/39),P<0.05,the difference was statistically signifi cant.The incidence of adverse reactions was 30.77%(12/39)in the conventional nursing group and 12.82%(5/39)in the comprehensive nursing group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically signifi cant.After the two groups of patients after different nursing left ventricular end diastolic(LVDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),heart failure control time and hospital stay were compared,the comprehensive care group was signifi cantly better than the conventional care group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically signifi cant.Conclusion For patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure,nursing guidance through comprehensive nursing can improve the total effective rate of treatment to some extent,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
