分析中医护理干预联合穴位贴敷治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期中的价值

摘　　要：目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者采用中医护理干预联合穴位贴敷进行护理和治疗的应用价值。方法选择2019年3月至2020年1月,在我院进行慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期诊断治疗的患者74例,按照随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,每组各37例。其中对照组患者采用西医常规治疗与护理干预进行治疗与护理,观察组患者则采用中医护理联合穴位贴敷方法进行护理与治疗,观察应用效果。结果经观察研究结果显示,观察组患者临床症状积分情况与肺功能指标情况均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医护理联合穴位贴敷方法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者进行护理与治疗,可有效缓解患者各项临床症状,同时改善患者肺功能情况,达到确保患者身体健康,促进患者有效恢复的最终目的。因此,该方法值得被临床推广使用。Objective To observe the application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention combined with Acupoint Application in nursing and treatment of patients with COPD in acute stage.Methods From March 2019 to January 2020,74 patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,37 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated and nursed by routine western medicine treatment and nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group were nursed and nursed by traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with acupoint sticking,and the effect of application was observed.Results The results showed that the clinical symptom score and pulmonary function index of the observation group were signifi cantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with acupoint application can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with COPD in the acute stage,improve the pulmonary function of patients,ensure the health of patients,and promote the effective recovery of patients.Therefore,this method is worthy of clinical application.
