围术期排痰护理在胸外科患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期排痰护理在胸外科患者中的应用。方法于2017年11月至2018年11月,来本院实施手术治疗的胸外科患者72例,作为观察对象,利用电脑随机的方式分为常规组、研究组,各36例。常规组行常规自主排痰护理,研究组则同时进行辅助排痰护理。记录并对比两组术前排痰量、术后排痰量以及肺不张、肺部感染发生率。结果研究组术前排痰量、术后排痰量均多于常规组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组肺不张、肺部感染发生率均低于常规组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在常规自主排痰护理的同时为胸外科手术患者实施辅助排痰护理,能够进一步提高患者术前、术后排痰量,减少围术期并发症,改善其预后。值得临床借鉴应用。Objective To explore the application of perioperative phlegm drainage nursing in thoracic surgery patients.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,72 cases of thoracic surgery patients who came to our hospital for surgical treatment were divided into a routine group and a research group with 36 cases each by computer randomly as the observation objects.The routine group received routine independent sputum discharge nursing,while the experimental group received auxiliary sputum discharge nursing.Preoperative and postoperative sputum volume,atelectasis and incidence of pulmonary infection were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The amount of sputum discharged before operation and after operation in the study group was signifi cantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of atelectasis and pulmonary infection in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the routine independent sputum drainage nursing and at the same time for thoracic surgery patients with auxiliary sputum drainage nursing,can further improve the amount of patients before and after the sputum drainage,reduce perioperative complications,improve their prognosis.It is worthy of clinical reference and application.
