摘　　要：基于江苏省测绘地理信息局信息化测绘建设的现状、问题与需求,针对网络互连、数据整合、系统集成、标准与安全保障建设等关键要素,本文提出了以信息化测绘云来构建信息化测绘体系的总体设计构想,形成了“大平台、大数据、大系统”的设计思路,从根本上解决了长期困扰局及各直属单位信息化测绘建设“各自为政、条块分割、烟囱林立、信息孤岛”等问题,为我局在新形势下构建和发展信息化测绘体系提供了设计思路。Based on the situations,problems and requirements of the current informatization surveying and mapping construction of Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Surveying,Mapping and Geoinformation,focusing on the key elements such as network interconnection,data integration,system integration,standardization system,and security protection system,this paper put forward the overall design concept of constructing informatization surveying and mapping system with informatization surveying and mapping cloud.The overall design idea of"big platform,big data,big system"was formed.So the problems such as"lack of coordination,fragmentation,chimneys,and information islands"of constructing informatization surveying and mapping can be solved fundamentally,and a design idea for how to construct and develop informatization surveying and mapping system by our bureau in the new aera was provided.
