六盘水师范学院近7年新生心理健康状况变化分析

摘　　要：为了了解六盘水师范学院近7年新生的心理健康状况,为开展心理咨询工作提供一定参考,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2013-2019级15392名新生进行测试。结果显示:2013-2019级新生各因子得分(除恐怖外)低于全国大学生常模;男生得分低于女生;2013、2015、2016与2017级总均分及大部分因子得分低于2014、2018和2019级新生;本科生得分高于专科生和少数民族预科生;文科生、艺术生得分高于理科与体育生,p值均<0.001。六盘水师范学院近7年新生心理健康状况整体处于正常水平,但也有一定数量的女生、专科生、少数民族预科生和文科类、艺术类学生的心理问题相对较多,开展心理咨询工作要充分考虑性别、民族和专业类别因素。In order to study the freshmen’s mental health status of Liupanshui Normal University in recent 7 years,and to provide reference for corresponding psychological counseling services,15293 freshmen from the students of the academic year from 2013 to 2019 were selected by whole-sampling method,and surveyed with the self-assessment lists of symptom questionnaire(SCL-90).Results showed that the SCL-90’s total mean score of 2013-2019 class was significantly lower than national college students norm except terrorist factor.Both the SCL-90’s total mean score and each factor’s scores of male students were significantly lower than female ones.The SCL-90’s total mean score and most factors’scores of the freshmen who were admitted in 2013,2015,2016 and 2017 were significantly lower than those in 2014,2018 and 2019.Both the SCL-90’s total mean score and most factors’scores of undergraduates were significantly lower than junior college students and minority preparatory students.The SCL-90’s total mean score and some factors’scores of liberal arts students and arts students were significantly higher than science students and sports students.The mental health situation of the freshmen in Liupanshui Normal University is in a normal level,but a certain number of female students,junior college students,minority preparatory students and liberal arts students have more psychological problems.We should take full considerations to some factors such as gender,nationality,professional category and so on into the college students’psychological counseling services.
