摘 要:为了研究不同植物间作模式对土壤营养及微生物的影响,设置间作薄荷(Tr1)、间作苜蓿(Tr2)、间作薄荷与苜蓿(Tr3)共3个处理,测定不同时期土壤全氮、碱解氮、全磷、速效磷、全钾、速效钾等土壤营养元素及土壤中微生物磷脂脂肪酸含量。结果表明:混作模式有效提高土壤中全氮含量,单作模式降低碱解氮含量,单作苜蓿有效提高全磷、速效磷、全钾、速效钾含量,间作薄荷有效提高土壤微生物生物量。In order to study the effects of different intercropping modes on soil nutrition and microorganisms,three treatments were set:intercropping Mentha arvensis L.(Tr1),intercropping Medicago sativa(Tr2),intercropping Medicago sativa L.×Mentha arvensis(Tr3).The soil nutrient elements such as total nitrogen,alkaline nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,total kalium,available kalium and the content of phospholipid fatty acids in the soil were measured at different periods.The results showed that the mixed cropping mode effectively increased the total nitrogen content in the soil,the single cropping mode reduced the content of alkaline nitrogen,the single crop Medicago sativa L.effectively increased the total phosphorus,available phosphorus,total kalium,and available kalium content,and the intercropping Mentha arvensis effectively increased the soil microbial biomass.
