摘 要:食物奖赏与药物奖赏均能通过奖赏效应刺激个体对奖赏物产生依赖性,且二者相关的神经环路有着广泛的重叠区域。目前,已有不少研究表明食物奖赏与药物奖赏之间存在驱力转移现象:受到某种奖赏刺激的个体,对其他种类奖赏的寻求动机也会增强。简而言之,食物奖赏能促进药物奖赏,增强其奖赏效应,但在某些条件下也有抑制或无影响的情况出现。本文将从食物奖赏促进药物奖赏、二者共有的解剖学基础、食物奖赏对药物奖赏的其他作用效果及干扰因素这3个方面进行综述,以期为日后探究二者之间的作用机理及利用食物奖赏干预药物奖赏提供证据,为药物成瘾的防治提供帮助。Both food reward and drug reward can stimulate individual’s dependence on rewards by rewarding effect,and their relevant neural circuits have wide overlapping regions.Many studies have already shown that there exists a driving force transfer phenomenon between food reward and drug reward,i.e.an individual stimulated by a certain reward will also be more motivated to seek other rewards.In short,food reward can enhance drug reward and can also promote its rewarding effect;however,under certain conditions,it can also inhibit or produce no effect.In order to provide evidence for further exploring the mechanism between them and intervening drug reward with food reward,and to provide assistance for the prevention and treatment of drug addiction,the present paper gives a general review focusing on three aspects,including food reward promoting drug reward,the common anatomical basis shared by both,and other effects of food reward on drug reward and its interference factors.
